At Gam’s ProClean Services LLC, we are committed to delivering reliable, professional, and timely cleaning services to all our clients. To ensure fair treatment of our staff and maintain a high level of service quality, we have implemented the following cancellation policy, effective immediately.
This policy applies to all clients who book services through Gam’s ProClean Services LLC.
Client Cancellations
Clients may cancel a scheduled cleaning at any time. However, a cancellation fee will apply under the following circumstances:

This fee will be charged to the payment method on file or billed via invoice if not prepaid.
Compensation to Cleaning Staff:
When a last-minute cancellation meets the criteria outlined above, the cleaning professional scheduled for the job may be eligible to receive up to one hour of compensation at the booked hourly rate. However, if the cleaner has violated Gam’s ProClean Services policies within the last 90 days, they may forfeit this compensation.

By booking our services, clients acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy. It is the client’s responsibility to:
Repeated violations or refusal to pay cancellation fees may result in a client’s account being suspended or restricted from future bookings.

Gam’s ProClean Services LLC reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time to reflect service improvements, operational changes, or client feedback.
